Booking & Reservations

You can book directly through our website, call us, or text us for faster service. We will then contact you immediately to go over any details and quote you over the phone. 

Every event and trip is unique, factors like the date, duration, destination, number of passengers. Rather than post generic rates that may not apply to your needs, we prefer to provide a personalized quote to ensure you get accurate pricing and the best possible value for your experience.

We also offer custom packages for weddings, concerts, corporate events, airport transfers, and more, so you only pay for what you actually need, no hidden fees, no surprises.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weddings, concerts, and weekends. However, same-day bookings may be available depending on availability.

Yes, a refundable deposit is required to secure your date and vehicle. The refundable deposit will be held in addition to the full balance of the transportation. However, the full balance of the transportation is not due until 48 hours prior to the actual rental day. The refundable deposit will be refunded back to the client after the ride. We hold this deposit for any incidental charges or additional time if applicable. 

The deposit will be refunded the next business day after the ride if there are no damages, additional time, excessive cleaning charges. The deposit is not refundable if there are any of the above listed or the customer cancels the ride and no longer needs the transportation. 

Rates & Payments

We accept credit/debit cards for an additional 3% charge (Via Secure link through PayPal), or Zelle and CashApp 

Extra time, cleaning, or damages outside normal wear may incur additional fees, this is where we hold the refundable deposit.

Vehicles & Amenities

At Prestige Houston Rentals our Sprinters feature leather seating, surround sound, smart TVs, LED lighting, premium climate control, bluetooth, fully stocked fridge with sodas and water and ice for the bar (BYOB-friendly).

Depending on the model, our Sprinters comfortably seat 8-9 passengers.

Absolutely. You can schedule a private viewing at our Houston location or request a video walkthrough.

Policies

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the reservation can be credited toward a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If a new date is chosen the deposit will be applied to the new date.

Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and over, but smoking or vaping is not permitted to maintain our vehicle quality. Any smoking will terminate the ride immediately with no refunds and an additional $500.00 smoking fee.

Yes. All of our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, and fully insured.

Events & Services

We handle weddings, proms, concerts, airport transfers, corporate events, city tours, birthday celebrations, and private parties.

No, for safety and insurance purposes, all rentals include a professional chauffeur.

Yes, we service all major Houston airports (IAH & HOU) and can coordinate flight tracking for timely arrivals.

Absolutely, we offer all types of hourly and all day Sprinter rentals. However the minimum for the hourly rentals are 3 hours.

Day-Of Experience

Your driver will arrive at the time of the reservation. You’ll receive the driver’s contact information ahead of time.

Yes, as long as the vehicle is available. Additional rates will apply and can be added to your total.
